Documented as part of my ongoing collaboration with BARTH, this project forms part of their reference portfolio.
Located on the waterfront of Cap d’Ail near Monte Carlo, the villa is conceived as a sculptural concrete volume, exploring the interplay between mass and void, materiality and landscape.
The project features, among other elements, a ten-meter-long marble kitchen island, CNC-milled rounded window frames, and a spiral staircase distinguished by exceptional craftsmanship and refined detailing.
